Mechanic designer Yasuhiro Moriki-san once again dug out his old arts - now we get to see even more setting boards from Sonic X!

1. Early setting boards for Sonic X.

アニメ「ソニックX」最初のシリーズの設定を発掘。

「D.N.ANGEL.」の設定と同時期に描いたもの。

「デカレンジャー」のデザイン画も同じケースにあったので、やはり同時期に描いた模様。

何だか凄い量の仕事をこなしてるなぁ…

2. Dr. Eggman's E-series. Moriki-san wonders if there is any meaning to the numberings of these robots...

3. "I found the cleaned-up design of racing car. Also, I have drawn many airplanes, but Sonic X might have been the first and last time I designed an Air Force One..."

基本、左ハンドルって事は最初の段階から米国売りは決まっていたのかな？
(むしろ、そちらがメイン？)

5. Minor mechas of E-series.

6. More minor mechas of E-series. A convention: mechas which join together to become one large mecha. Moriki-san wishes he would have designed them cooler.

タツノコアニメでは必ず(と言っていい程)出て来る合体して巨大化するヤラレメカ。(ソニックはトムスですが…)
